1. Refund and Return Policy

1.1 Complimentary Shade Exchange

If your shade doesn't match, contact help@theroyalwolf.co within 30 days. We'll send the correct shade free of charge. Product must be at least 70% full.

1.2 Refunds

• Request within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be 70%+ full in original condition
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable

1.3 Return Process

Email help@theroyalwolf.co with your order number and reason. We'll provide return instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective.

Prices in GBP (£), subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

3.4 Liability

The Royal Wolf is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability won't exceed the purchase amount.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time

Orders processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

4.2 Delivery Times

International:

• Standard: 5-10 business days (Free over £30)

You'll receive tracking details via email once shipped.

4.4 Important Notes

• Ensure shipping address accuracy—we're not responsible for incorrect addresses
• International customers pay customs/duties
• Contact carrier first for lost packages showing as delivered

5. Subscription Policy

5.1 Benefits

• 20% discount on all orders
• Automatic delivery (30, 60, or 90-day intervals)
• 3-month minimum commitment required

5.2 Minimum Term

You must complete 3 months before cancelling. During this period, you'll be charged automatically at your selected frequency.

Important: You will be clearly informed of the 3-month commitment at checkout before completing your subscription purchase.

5.3 Cancellation After Minimum Term

After 3 months, cancel anytime:

• Log into your account → Manage Subscription → Cancel
• Or email help@theroyalwolf.co at least 5 days before next billing

5.4 Modifications

During the minimum term, you can update your address, payment method, or delivery frequency—but cannot cancel.

5.5 Pausing

After the minimum term, pause for up to 3 months by contacting us.

5.6 Discount Terms

The 20% discount cannot combine with other offers and applies only to active subscriptions.

5.7 Billing & Reminders

• Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment
• You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each billing cycle
• Subscription confirmation email includes full terms and minimum commitment details
